STEPS TO GETTING STARTED ON www.capitalstreetfx.com
Step 1: Go to the website and click on open a live account in the Account Section. Please fill out the form below with the following information. Once you have entered the required information, click on the submit button. You will receive an email in your Inbox or spam folder of email with your login credentials. Here is the direct link to register a live account: https://my2.capitalstreetfx.com/account/signup


Step 2: Now, go to your registered email id’s inbox/spam folder for emails that you have received with your credentials. Click on the validate email link as illustrated in the below image.

After clicking on the link, your email ID will be validated and you will be redirected to the website. Now click on the login button, or visit the website, and tap on the login to the new dashboard. Here is the login link: https://my2.capitalstreetfx.com/account/login

To log in to your member’s dashboard, please enter your username and password. Your email is your username Member’s area dashboard.

You have successfully logged in to your member’s area dashboard.

Step 3: Now, the next step is to verify your account. To verify your account, click on the Manage profile button in the side menu, and then click on the Upload documents section. We have attached an image below to demonstrate this for your reference.

Click on the choose file button, select, and upload your copy of identity proof, residence proof, and a copy of your card (if required). A utility bill or account statement can serve as proof of residence. Upon uploading your documents, click on the green Send Request Verification button so the backend team will receive your request.


Step 4: Fill in Your Personal Details and On-boarding Questionnaire:
Once you have sent the request for document verification, you will need to edit your profile and fill in your personal information as shown in the screenshot below:

Once you have submitted personal information in the edit profile, complete the Onboarding Questionnaire and enter date and name. And click on Submit. The below screenshot demonstrates the same.



HOW TO RESET YOUR MEMBER’S DASHBOARD/ WEBSITE LOGIN PASSWORD
Your Member’s dashboard/User’s dashboard/Website password can be reset in two ways. One is from within the Member’s dashboard and the other is reset from the main website. Refer to these screenshots to reset your member’s area password:
- Reset your password from within Member’s dashboard

B. Reset the password from the main Website Login Page:
Step 1: To Reset your password, click on this link – https://my2.capitalstreetfx.com/account/login
And then click on forget password link as shown in the screenshot below…

Step2: Enter your Registered email address, and click on reset button to receive password reset link in your email’s inbox/spam folder.

Step 3: After clicking on Reset password, please look for the reset your password email that you just have receive and click on given link.

Step 4: Click on the link and enter your new password and then Save as presented in the below image.


HOW TO OPEN A LIVE TRADING ACCOUNT – OPENING A LIVE TRADING ACCOUNT:
Step 1: Go to Dashboard, click on Live Accounts and then on open a new live Account Button as shown in the below image.

Step 2: Now choose your Account type and Currency and then submit.

Step 3: Have you clicked on Submit button? Great! You have successfully created a Live account for you, now go to your email’s Inbox or spam folder and look for login credentials email that just have been sent.


HOW TO OPEN A DEMO ACCOUNT – OPENING A DEMO TRADING ACCOUNT
Step 1: Again login to member’s area dashboard (if you haven’t already), and click on dashboard, demo accounts and then open a new demo account button. Please refer to the below image.

Step 2: Now select account type, account currency, leverage and fill in initial practice amount and then click on Submit button to open your demo account.

Step 3: Have you clicked on Submit button? Great! You have successfully created a Live account for you, now go to your email’s Inbox or spam folder and look for login credentials email that just have been sent.


Step 4: You can also see your password on the member’s area dashboard. To view the platform password from your dashboard, please click on the View Password Button in the Account window. You shall receive a security code on your registered email to verify your identity and view your password.


Step 5: Now put in Security code that you have received in your registered email in the section shown in below image and submit to view your trading platform password.

HOW TO FUND YOUR LIVE TRADING ACCOUNT – FUNDING YOUR TRADING ACCOUNT (WITH VISA/MASTER CARD) :
Step 1: Click on fund Now or Deposit fund Button in left Menu bar, And Select the deposit method from the list below

Step 2: After selecting the deposit method, fill in the amount, currency and description of your deposit as presented in the image below. And click on Accept & proceed button.

Step 3: You will be redirected to payment gateway page, Now select NEW CARD, put in your card number, Expiry data and CVV number And Pay USD $1000 (Amount that you have entered)

Step 3: Click on pay and enter the Security Code (One time password) you have received on your registered phone number from your bank. And then click on Confirm & Pay button to process your payment.

Step 4: You shall be redirected to your dashboard and funds will be automatically added to your trading Account:

WHAT ELSE I CAN DO FROM MY MEMBER AREA (Dashboard):
1. CHECK YOUR LOGIN HISTORY
Click on the Login History button. You can check the IP Address, Machine Name, Login time, logout time, and live location of the user logged in to your user’s dashboard.

2. INTERNAL FUND TRANSFER
Transfer funds internally from one of your trading accounts to another by clicking on the fund transfer request. This can only be done if you have more than one account or sub-account registered under the same email address.
In order to transfer funds, click on Manage Profile and then Fund Transfer Request. Now fill up the form and tap on the transfer button at the bottom of most of the form to place a request with the backend team.

3. LEVERAGE CHANGE REQUEST
Leverage Change Request can be accessed by clicking on Manage Account, then Leverage Change Request. Once this is done, you will be taken to a new page where you can choose your level of leverage from a drop-down menu, and then click on Send Request. All done, now wait for the backend to approve your request.

4. RANK CHANGE REQUEST
The Rank Change function generates and activates an IB/Referral link. If you wish to become an IB or Affiliate, please request an IB rank request. By default, your rank is a trader.

5. HOW TO RESET YOUR TRADING PLATFORM/TERMINAL/PANEL (DESKTOP APP/WEB-TRADER/MOBILE APP) PASSWORD
Click on Dashboard, then Live Account (or demo account if you wish to change the password of your demo trading terminal), and then the Manage button.

Step 2: Click on Change password as shown in below image…

Step 3: Type in the new password and click on Request for Security Code. Refer below image.

Step 4: A security Code will be sent to your registered email to change your password, copy your security code/OTP, and paste in the box where it is asking… Please refer to the below snapshots…

Step 5: Enter the security code in the form, and click on submit button. All done, congrats you have successfully reset your trading platform password.

6. HOW TO WITHDRAW FUNDS?
Click on the Withdraw Funds tab select the mode of withdrawal and fill in the rest of the details in the form and click on submit.

7- HOW TO CHECK DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAWAL HISTORY?
Click on the Payment History tab, then click Deposit/Withdrawal History to check your deposits from any of the payment methods.

- 8 . HOW CAN I BECOME AN IB OR PARTNER WITH US? (AFFILIATE)
Step 1: Click on the IB/Affiliate Application tab to become a partner and click on the Become a Partner Button.

Step 2: Please Answer All the questions on the page and click on Send Request

Step 3: When your application to become a partner is approved, you will be able to use my IB dashboard to start making referrals. Get our Affiliate/Introducing Broker Link and check your referrals. Share our custom promotions with your clients:
Step 4: To get the referral link, please click on My IB Link

Step 5: To check your registered client, please visit Referrals or Referrals Info tabs


Step 6: To promote your referral through social media, you may receive banners and promotional page links from the Promotional Banner and IB Promotion Link tabs.


You may generate your rebate report from Rebate report Tab (it will be activated only after active clients under your referral)

9. HOW TO APPLY FOR THE PROMOTIONS (BONUS, RISK-FREE TRADE, ETC)
Click on the Request promotion tab, check the list of available promotions read and accept the terms, and click on request.

Click on View terms of the promotion, click on accept terms checkbox and click on Request

To check the status of your request please click on Promotion Request Status Tab

You may check your lot calculation under promotion from the Promotion Lot Report Tab

10. HOW TO CHECK LEGAL DOCUMENT OF CAPITAL STREET FX?
You may check any regulatory related documents of Capital Street from Legal Documents Tab

To check the document, click on the relevant link, you shall be redirected to a new window with the document details

11. HOW TO GET THE ACCESS OF TRADING PLATFORM?
You may download our Capital Trader Platform from Platform tab:
Click on Desktop Application and click on download

To download the mobile application, click on Mobile App tab

To access web trader or lighter version of the web based application click respectively on web trader or web trader lite tab and then click on login to live/demo account links


12. HOW TO LOGIN TO THE PLATFORM
To login to the platform/Mobile Application, please enter your Account id as User id and password that has been sent to your registered email id. Please note that your username for trading platform starts with csfx…
