General Bonus Nature

Bonuses offered by Capital Street FX are promotional credits provided to enhance trading margin. Bonuses are not real funds and cannot be withdrawn independently.

All bonuses are governed by specific terms and conditions, which clients must accept before activation.

When a Bonus May Be Cancelled

A bonus may be cancelled or removed under the following circumstances:

• The client requests a withdrawal before completing required trading volume

• Bonus terms and conditions are violated

• Restricted or prohibited trading practices are detected

• Account closure or cancellation is initiated

• Compliance, regulatory, or risk-related concerns arise

Bonus cancellation decisions are final and binding.

Effect of Bonus Cancellation

When a bonus is cancelled:

• The bonus amount is removed from the account

• Profits generated using the bonus may be adjusted or removed

• Losses incurred remain the responsibility of the client

Bonus removal may affect available margin and open positions.

Withdrawal-Related Bonus Cancellation

If a withdrawal is requested:

• Any active bonus may be partially or fully cancelled

• Trading volume requirements are reviewed

• Profit eligibility is recalculated based on bonus terms

Restricted Trading & Bonus Abuse
