What Is an Internal Fund Transfer
An internal fund transfer is the movement of funds from one trading account to another trading account under the same client profile. These transfers do not involve external payment methods or banks.
Internal transfers are used to manage funds across multiple trading accounts efficiently.
Eligibility for Internal Transfers
To perform an internal fund transfer:

Both trading accounts must belong to the same verified client

The client profile must be KYC approved

Funds must be available as free balance

No active restrictions or compliance holds must exist
Transfers cannot be processed if these conditions are not met.
How to Request an Internal Transfer
To request an internal fund transfer:

Log in to the client dashboard.

Navigate to the Transfers or Funds section.

Select the source trading account.

Select the destination trading account.

Enter the transfer amount.

Submit the request for processing.
Transfer requests are recorded in the account history.
