A stock CFD — contract for difference — allows you to trade the price movements of individual company shares without owning the underlying stock. When you buy shares of Apple through a traditional broker, you become a shareholder. When you trade Apple CFDs at Capital Street FX, you speculate on whether Apple’s share price will rise or fall — profiting in either direction — without the settlement requirements, custody fees, or minimum investment sizes that apply to direct share ownership.
Stock CFDs at CSFX trade with leverage — meaning a $1,000 position at 1:10,000 leverage controls $10,000,000 of notional exposure. The minimum trade is 0.01 lot. There are no stamp duty, no share registration requirements, and no custody account setup. You can go long on Tesla earnings momentum and short on a biotech that has missed its trial endpoint, from the same account, on the same platform, in the same session. Minor and cross pairs cover the full spectrum of liquid non-USD pairs including EUR/GBP, EUR/JPY, GBP/JPY, AUD/JPY, and more. Exotic pairs include USD/TRY, USD/ZAR, USD/NOK, USD/SEK, GBP/TRY, MXN/JPY, and others. All 66 pairs are available across AltX, FxyFi, and Act platforms with identical trading conditions.
Capital Street FX offers leverage up to 1:10,000 on all forex pairs. Unlike most brokers who apply different leverage caps to different pair types — lower leverage on exotics, restrictions on high-volatility currencies — CSFX applies your account leverage universally across all 66 pairs. If your account leverage is set to 1:1,000, that applies to EUR/USD and USD/TRY equally. The maximum available is 1:10,000 on all pairs without exception.
Forex spreads at CSFX start from 0 pips across the full range. On standard accounts (Basic, Classic, Professional), the spread is built into the price with no separate commission. On the Zero account ($5,000 minimum deposit), raw interbank spreads from 0.0 pips apply with a transparent commission of 0.01% per trade per side. On the swap-free account ($500 minimum), the same spread structure applies with a 0.01% per side administration fee in place of overnight swap charges.
The minimum trade size for all forex pairs at Capital Street FX is 0.01 lot — equivalent to 1,000 units of the base currency. On EUR/USD, that is a €1,000 position. On GBP/USD, it is a £1,000 position. This minimum applies across all 66 pairs, on all three platforms, and on all account types from Basic to VIP. There is no maximum position size limit.
Yes. Capital Street FX offers a dedicated swap-free account type available from a $500 minimum deposit. This account carries no overnight swap charges on any forex position. In place of the standard 6.5% per annum swap rate, a flat administration fee of 0.01% per trade per side applies. The swap-free account is available on all three platforms — AltX, FxyFi, and Act — and covers all 66 forex pairs under the same leverage, spread, and execution conditions as standard accounts.
